Bag It

The love I have for this bag is insubstantial! I am seriously considering buying one of these puppies over my Alexander McQueen scarf but let's be realistic here for a moment or two...I am most likely not going to be able to afford this bad boy until a couple more pay checks! I can't really afford to make a huge purchase at the moment, and if I did it would probably be towards a 5 pound textbook. Anyways I still have to make the big decision of what colour I want so I guess that buys me some time. I already have a black and gold hardware bag but I feel that the first one would be the safest choice of them all. On the other hand though I do really like the burgundy bag (it was my first choice) but I'm scared I'l get sick of the colour. And lastly there's the nude/pink one. I love love love this colour as it is so feminine but I feel that it's just too much of a trend piece. I'll probably grow tired of the pastel hype pretty soon! Oh well, a girl can admire from a far. Which would you choose? Let me know! xo

Fall Frenzy

Okay, I blame no one but myself for the fact that I am broke! Being a university student, I am totally hoping my OSAP will kick in soon so I can buy some of the textbooks that I am in desperate need of (I thought it was supposed to be in by now but my plan clearly backfired). My pay day is tomorrow and I can already say that all most of it will be going to my already maxed out visa (thank God my limit is very low). So why am I so broke? I think the photos below already explain that! Oh well, until next time happy shopping studying xo

From left to right: Urban Outfitters Graphic Tank, Aritzia "Wilred" Woven Scarf, Aritzia "Wilfred" Cabash Pants in Breen, Brandy Melville Oversized Knit Cardigan, Bullet and Quartz Necklace (seen below), Zara DIT frayed shorts, Aritzia "Wilfred" Black Castel Sweater
Urban Outfitters Tank. No idea what this says but I just loved it!
Brandy Melville is my all time new favourite shop in Toronto! It's located on Queen Street and it's exactly my style. Def worth checking out!
Aritzia "Wilfred' Woven Scarf. Yes, I'm aware I have this in the other colour but I absolutely adore this one! Can't wait to wear it this fall.
Horrid photo but here are my Zara DIY frayed shorts. Took me a while to do them and there's a biiig mistake on it (that's what happens when you cut TOO much) but I'm actually very proud of my little piece.

Trinkets & Things

Just came back from a hectic day at work and decided to share with you guys two new little trinkets I recently purchased and received! The first is a brass bullet and quartz necklace that I bought off a personal business in Vancouver. I absolutely love this necklace because it's so unique! I have to admit though, the finishings on it are not the nicest or the cleanest (the person who made these ran out of the regular quartz size and had to carve a larger size to fit the bullet chain) but I think I can overlook it. Actually, I think its flaws make that much more rustic and unique (trying to sound optimistic here!) Anyways, the second thing I bought is a Hamsa hand gold bracelet bought and made all the way from Korea. I actually bought it off Etsy, and seeing as it was my first purchase from there, I can say I am quite pleased! Again, its only real flaw is that the chain is quite thin and fragile but nothing I can't overlook. Really happy with my purchases and as you can tell by my writing...it's time for some rest and relaxation! xo
